What should I do if it shows "Deduction successful but order not generated" after payment?

This situation is usually caused by a delay in the synchronization of payment information. You can handle it by following these steps

 

First, check the bank/payment institution statement to confirm the deduction status (some "deductions" may be "pre-authorized" and have not been actually recorded).

 

Log in to your account, refresh and check in "My Orders". If the order is not displayed within 10 minutes, record the deduction time and transaction number (such as PayPal transaction number, bank card deduction serial number).

 

Contact customer service (support@bulijojo.com) and provide the above information. We will verify with the payment institution within 1 working day. After confirming the arrival of the account, we will re-establish the order for you or refund the payment to the original payment route within 3 to 5 working days.
