Does international logistics freight include insurance? What should I do if the package is lost or damaged?

Both standard logistics and express logistics include basic valuation services (the valuation amount is the actual payment amount of the order, with a maximum of no more than 500 US dollars). If the package is lost (the logistics shows "dispatched but not delivered within 30 days") or damaged during transportation, the following documents can be provided to apply for compensation: Logistics tracking number; Photos of damaged packages (clearly showing the damaged area and the full appearance of the product); The "Damage Confirmation Form" signed by the recipient (required by some logistics providers). Claim process: After submitting the vouchers, we will verify with the logistics provider within 3 working days. Once the responsibility is confirmed, we can choose for you either "re-shipment" or "full refund" (including shipping fees). The claim cycle is usually 7 to 10 working days.
