Can an international logistics provider be designated? Can the delivery address be modified (for cross-border orders)?
Currently, we do not support specifying logistics providers (the system will automatically match the best logistics provider based on the destination). However, you can note "Priority selection of a certain logistics provider" (such as "priority DHL") when placing an order. We will do our best to coordinate (we cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction). Address modification rule: Within 24 hours after order payment (before the goods are dispatched from the warehouse), you can contact cross-border customer service to modify the delivery address. If the order has been dispatched from the warehouse or entered the customs clearance process, the address cannot be modified. It is recommended that you pay attention to the logistics progress. If the package cannot be delivered, you can apply for "re-shipment" after it is returned by the customs (an additional secondary logistics fee will be required).
