What logistics methods are supported for international orders? What are the time limits for different methods respectively?

Currently, we offer two logistics methods for international orders, and you can choose freely when placing an order

Standard logistics (default) : The cooperative Courier companies are DHL and FedEx Economy Line, covering over 150 countries and regions worldwide. The delivery time is 7-15 working days (excluding customs clearance time). The shipping fee is calculated based on the package weight (first weight 0.5kg + additional weight) and destination. You can check it in real time when placing an order.

Express logistics: Only supports core regions such as North America, Europe, and Australia. It uses DHL Express dedicated lines, with a delivery time of 3 to 7 working days (priority customs clearance). The freight is 1.8 times that of standard logistics, suitable for urgent needs.

Note: For remote areas (such as some islands and war-torn regions), an additional 3 to 5 working days may be required. The specific time is subject to the real-time update of the logistics

provider.
