How can I check the status of my order placement process?
You can track the status of your orders in two ways: ① After logging into your account, check the real-time progress on the "My Orders" page (such as "Processing", "Shipped", etc.); After the order is confirmed, we will send an email containing the order number. Click on the "View Order" link in the email to track it. Within 24 hours after placing an order, it will be displayed as "Processing" (we are preparing the goods for you). Once the order is dispatched, it will be automatically updated to "Dispatched" and the logistics information will be synchronized.
