What should I do if the order shows ?
"Shipped" but the logistics has not been updated for a long time? This situation might be due to the package not yet being picked up by the Courier or the delay in the synchronization of logistics information. We suggest you wait for 1-2 working days (domestic) or 2-3 working days (international) first. If there is still no update, please contact customer service and provide the order number. We will immediately verify with the Courier company and follow up on the handling.
